Virtual Hosting Policies:

No contracts - cancel at any time.

All hosting fees are invoiced monthly and payable by check in advance.

You remain responsible for any outstanding monies due and payable at the time of cancellation.

Each account is provided with 150 MB storage. Additional storage may be purchased for $1/month per meg.

If your site is cancelled due to policy violations, we will refund any monies due you for unused services, less a $10 deduction.

No pornographic, racially defaming, adult-oriented or sex sites permitted. Pirated software, Hacker sites or Warez pages are not welcome.

No IRC or IRC bots allowed to operate on our servers.

FTP and Telnet access account allows 2gig monthly transfer allowance, available 24 hours/day. (Traffic overage costs $6.00 per 100 MB)

We do not allow bulk unsolicited e-mail (spam) to be sent from our servers. Additionally, sending unsolicited mail that references an email address or domain that is maintained on our server machines is STRICTLY prohibited. We are the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

While we allow the broad use of custom CGI scripts, etc., we do not permit anything to run that intentionally compromises or damages system integrity.

Along with a majordomo listserver on each domain, unlimited mailing lists are allowed with a 1,000 name cap each, and mail files (letters, etc) up to 75k can be sent.

We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. In order to efficiently manage system resources, we provide Java Chat room options for $7.00/month.

Note: foreign domain extensions are welcome and we will provide name-server information as needed to complete foreign registrations, where applicable.

All clients must adhere to all policies. These policy statements may be viewed in full detail at the faq.html that is provided with each domain name account that we host.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
